HELLO, I’M AN
EXPERIMENTAL ANIMATOR
FROM New York City.
FILMS FOR NO ONE
I am currently in production on an animated feature-length anthology film called Films For No One.
Films For No One is an unconventional film, one that is more akin to a band making an album of songs. It will be comprised of a group of original short films (about 10) that I will then string together, somehow, into one long cohesive feature film.
Also similar to an album of music, some of the short films that make up Films For No One could be viewed as “singles”; self-contained individual films that do not require the context of the larger ensemble piece in order to make sense.
This video explains it pretty well >>

AREA 52
In 2017, I embarked on a self-imposed challenge to create one experimental animated short film each week for an entire year. 52 films in 52 weeks.
In the time shortly after completion, several of the Area 52 films made an unexpectedly nice splash in the 2018-19 film festival season. Many of them have screened at major animation festival competitions including Annecy (6 films in 2018) Anima Mundi (10 films in 2018) Ottawa (4 films in 2018) Hiroshima (1 film 2018) Animafest Zagreb (3 films in 2019) - among many others.
Area 52 remains an achievement I’m proud of, but also remains a record of where I was at the time as an artist, as a person and as a filmmaker. It’s a measurement of how much I grew in all three of those areas during the course of that year, and have grown and evolved in the years since.
I hope you view these films with the same delight I had in making them. As always, these films are free to watch.
